Mantra's pimped up.. concept: old wise words and chants put in a modern jacket..it is not true that mantra's have to be chanted in a certain way. Only the intention behind the chanting counts. 
this universe is consciousness - great mind - great spirit. the phenomena in it are only symbolic. the collective determines how phenomena should be experienced. because in itself - empty of meaning

it is true though that if you recite certain words for a long time you can get into a certain elevated state. and your belief system and intention behind it is important. But you could also do that with the word lollipop. because in itself a word is just as empty of meaning as all other phenomena.
